We are a two-artist team creating layered wooden wall art inspired by Canada’s wildlife and natural beauty, with a particular focus on birds. Each piece begins as an original illustration and is translated into individually laser-cut wooden components. Every colour is represented by a separate piece of wood, hand stained and carefully assembled in layers, creating depth, shadow, and texture while allowing the natural grain to remain visible.

Working collaboratively, we combine our complementary skills to refine each design through a shared process of experimentation and craftsmanship. Our approach blends precision with an appreciation for wood as a living material, resulting in pieces that feel both structured and organic.

All of our work is created in small batches as one-of-a-kind pieces, with close attention to detail and balance. Through our practice, we aim to create work that is thoughtful and enduring, offering a connection to both the natural world and the handmade process behind each piece.
